AWP™-4260 PLF 是专为 AWP™-DEW 打造的自动化内联制版机,一体化集成自动打孔机、洗版机、干燥机和除粘机。另有不带除粘机的机型可供选择。该制版机旨在加工 AWP™-DEW 水洗印版。版材有2种选择,1200×900 mm (48×35 in) 或 1067×1524 mm (42×60 in),厚度介于 1.14 到 1.70 mm 之间。
与其它制版技术相比,AWP™ 水洗技术在产品生命周期内产生的碳排放量更少。

Evo2 all-in-one

Evo2 一体机

一体机。双水箱。高能量紫外线。灯光冷却系统。光积分器。

Evo2 A 是一体式制版设备,具有独立的数码印版预洗功能。该设备是单程内联制版机,配备高功率 (30mW/cm²) 长波紫外线主曝光机、光积分器和可控式灯光冷却系统。它的伺服驱动电机印版传送系统,可实现稳定的冲刷效果;而容积泵则能精确控制聚合物固体含量。四个抽屉式烘干炉防止任何漏气现象,从而快速达到所需的烘燥温度。通过光学纤维灯光侦测,长短波紫外线除粘机能先后或同时运转。

Evo3 曝光机、烘燥机和除粘机

Evo3 EDLF 混合系统集一台曝光机、四个一体式抽屉烘干机和一台除粘机于一体。该设备支持手动或自动开闭机盖。曝光机部分配备水循环冷却床系统,能实现一致、稳定的温度;而真空系统则适用于传统印版工艺。长波紫外线曝光灯的输出功率高达 30 mW/cm²。曝光时间由光积分器控制,操作时能以 mJ 或秒为单位。烘燥机提供自动预热功能,会在完成最后一块印版后自动关闭。除粘机内置气流冷却系统,能与长短波紫外线后曝光设备先后和同时运转。紫外线灯功能则可通过光学纤维灯光侦测加以监控。

Evo5 曝光机配备灯光空气冷却系统的温控一体式冷却装置。气动翻盖设计确保操作简单,并能防止其意外关闭。光积分器系统的紫外线灯实现了高输出功率、稳定、一致的照射,能自动弥补任何紫外线输出差异现象。该设备在操作时能以 mJ 或秒为单位。

Evo5 除粘机+烘燥机

Evo 除粘机+烘燥机由两部分独立的装置组成。烘燥机配备六个抽屉式干燥箱,每两个一组能独立加热以达到一致的温度。标准化的一体式排气系统和触屏设计让操作简单易用。该设备有可编程序预热选项,能在最后一块印版制作完成后自动关闭。长短波紫外线除粘机内置光学纤维灯光侦测功能,可置于烘燥机顶部以减少整体系统占地面积。

层压/曝光设备

AWF 110 W 工艺系统由三部分组成,每部分都能独立运转。印版在模块间需手动移动。为确保零故障作业,印版会被固定到运转部分的固定杆上。该产品具有液体感光聚合物回收功能。

感光聚合物供给箱

为确保不间断作业,每台设备都配备有三个供给箱。两个基底层供给箱的容积均为 90 公升,覆盖层供给箱容积为 18 公升,为设备不间断作业提供足量感光聚合物。所有供给箱都有液位计及专用的加热装置。基底层感光聚合物供给箱还内置有搅拌器。
